Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons (Electromagnetic Radiation Bioeffects) (US Army, 1998)

This declassified US Army study describes biological impacts of radiofrequency / electromagnetic radiation exposure that match the health impacts being reported from exposure to wifi and smart utility meters (which utilize wifi).
